PKR – One Account Balance
All deposits, withdrawals, bet stakes, casino credits and winnings are held and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on your 3377 account balance.
One Account Per Person
Each user is permitted to hold one active account. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. Any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided and the accounts closed.
Bonus Terms Apply

1 Eligibility & Registration
To register and use 3377, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details, and any additional information requested as part of our verification process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
Each person may hold only one active account at 3377. Registering multiple accounts — under the same name, email, phone number, payment method, or device — is not permitted. If multiple accounts are identified, 3377 reserves the right to close all but one account and void any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate registrations.
3377 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during any review of account activity. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts cannot be fully verified until the required documents are provided and accepted.
2 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person. 3377 will never ask you to provide your password by email, phone, or any other channel.
If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, or if you suspect your login details have been compromised, you must contact 3377 support immediately. We will take appropriate steps to secure your account, but 3377 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your 3377 account, including bets placed and deposits made, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have reported a compromise to us promptly. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 3377 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary — the methods available to your account are shown in the Deposit section.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of making a deposit. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within a few minutes.
Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable conditions are displayed in your account. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and will typically be credited to your chosen method within the timeframe shown at the point of request.
- Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification if your account has not yet been fully verified.
- 3377 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method before processing a withdrawal.
- Withdrawing bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements is not permitted.
- 3377 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
3377 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has its own set of terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games or bet types, and expiry periods. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.
Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer — must be wagered before a withdrawal is eligible. Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements; the contribution percentage for each game type is set out in the individual bonus terms.
- Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and cannot be transferred.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts or in coordination with other users to exploit promotional terms constitutes bonus abuse.
- 3377 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if abuse or misuse is identified.
- Bonuses that are not used within their stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.
5 Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on 3377 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports, and all other covered markets — are subject to the general betting rules set out here and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing a bet.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where a cash-out option is available and you choose to use it. 3377 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are shown in the betting interface before you confirm a wager.
- Live in-play bets are subject to suspension or delay at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided.
- Abandoned or postponed events: if a match is abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement has been played, bets will typically be voided unless the result has already been determined. Specific rules for each sport apply.
- PSL and cricket bets: if a match is interrupted by weather, power, or other external factors, settlement follows the standard cricket rules for the format being played (DLS method for limited-overs matches where applicable).
- Accumulator bets: if one leg of an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included.
- 3377 does not accept bets placed by automated software, bots, or any non-human method. Such bets will be voided.
3377 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion. This maximum payout limit, where applicable, is displayed in the betting rules for the relevant market.
6 Casino & Slots
All casino games — including slots, live casino tables, table games, and any other games available through 3377 — are provided for entertainment purposes. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by real-time dealer action. 3377 does not influence or manipulate the outcome of any game.
Each game has its own rules, return to player (RTP) percentage, and minimum and maximum stake limits. These are available within the game itself or in the game information panel. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before playing.
- Live casino tables are subject to availability and table limits set by the live studio provider.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot round, the outcome of that round will be determined and settled based on the game's server-side records. 3377 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side.
- If a game malfunctions, any bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned. A game malfunction voids all pays and plays.
- Bonus funds may be restricted from use on certain games. Where a restriction applies, it is stated in the individual bonus terms.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3377. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in your favour. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected error are not valid and will be voided.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game format.
- Match fixing, spot fixing, or placing bets based on insider information about the outcome of a sporting event.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for transferring funds between accounts.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
- Allowing another person to use your account or using another person's account.
- Depositing funds from a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Any conduct intended to defraud 3377 or other users of the platform.
3377 uses fraud detection tools and monitors account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified or suspected, 3377 reserves the right to place a hold on account funds pending investigation, to close the account, and to withhold any balance or winnings.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
3377 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
- At the request of the account holder.
- Where continued operation of the account would be contrary to applicable rules or obligations.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach has occurred, your remaining real-money balance (excluding any unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 3377 support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion option in your account settings rather than a standard closure, as this includes additional protections.
9 Responsible Gaming
3377 is committed to providing a safe and controlled environment for adult players. Betting and gaming should be entertainment — not a way to make money, and not something that affects your finances, relationships, or wellbeing negatively.
Tools available from your account settings include:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Cooling-off periods — take a break from the platform for a defined number of days without permanently closing your account.
- Self-exclusion — close access to 3377 for a defined period. This cannot be reversed until the period has elapsed.

10 Limitation of Liability
3377 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may affect access to the platform.
3377 is not liable for losses arising from:
- Connectivity issues, service interruptions, or platform downtime outside our control.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Bets voided due to event abandonment, postponement, or market errors.
- Losses resulting from your own use of the platform, including betting outcomes and casino game results.

12 Changes to These Terms
3377 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example through an in-platform notification or email.
Continued use of the 3377 platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and 3377 in respect of your use of the platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
